Lilian's acting career started n 2005 when she was cast to feature in the soap opera Extended Family. However, she became more prominent when she was featured in the television series Clinic Matters playing Nurse Abigail.
Lilian grew up in Lagos State. Her first studies were Integrated Science at Bida Polytechnic, Niger State. Then later studied political science at the University of Abuja.
In November 2015, she married Ubi Franklin. The union produced a son named Jayden Neatochukwu, then later divorced in January 2020
Lilian Esoro, asides from being an actress, is also a businesswoman. She is the CEO of Goldie Locks Hair salon located in Abuja. Lilian Esoro is an ambassador of Dunes, a shopping mall in Abuja. In addition, she is the ambassador of House of Lunettes, a sunglasses expert store situated in Abuja.
