Mogaji is a native of Agbo-Ile, Ibadan. Her father is an Islamic cleric, while her mother is an education administrator. In 2006, she married retired soccer player and physiotherapist, Victor Ayodele Odunleye. Before her marriage, she was romantically involved with actor, Jibola Dabo, and both had a son together.
She began her acting career at the early age of 16. Her first role was in the NTA TV play 'Why Worry'.
Her first home video film was Mojere, which was done in Yoruba.
Mogaji never acted semi-nude or kissed in any of her movies, due to her Islamic background.
She is known for Blackout (2021), The Inlaws (2017), and Kasanova (2019).
