Happy 65th Birthday Oluyemi Oluleke Osinbajo, known as "Yemi" Osinbajo was born on the 8th of March 1957 is a Nigerian lawyer, professor, and politician who has assisted the post of Vice President of Nigeria since 2015. A member of the All Progressives Congress, he previously worked as Attorney General of Lagos State from the year 1999 to 2007 and clasps the title of Senior Advocate of Nigeria.
Yemi Osinbajo was born into the family of Opeluwa Osinbajo. Professor Yemi is married to Mrs. Dolapo Osinbajo, a granddaughter of Obafemi Awolowo. They both have three kids: two daughters, Damilola and Kanyinsola, and a son, Fiyinfoluwa Osinbajo.
Professor Osinbajo is a graduate of the University of Lagos and the London School of Economics. Shortly thereafter, he started lecturing at the University of Lagos while practicing law until 1999. That year, Osinbajo was appointed Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice in the cabinet of Lagos State Governor Bola Tinubu.
In the 2015 presidential election, Osinbajo was chosen as the running mate to APC nominee Muhammadu Buhari. He was re-elected as the Vice President in 2019.
Pastor Yemi Osinbajo was the Pastor in charge of the Lagos Province 48 (Olive Tree provincial headquarters) of the Redeemed Christian Church of God.
