Lala was born into a family of 4 children. She's from Ondo State, Nigeria. She had her secondary education at Queens College, Lagos, afterward, she began to study insurance at the University of Lagos. She also received a master's degree from Pan-Atlantic University, studying media and communication. She is married to Chef Fregz in September 2018 and they both had a son together, in February 2021.
She started her acting career in 2005 from stage performance before chancing into feature films and has been featured in so many movies like Alan Poza, Dazzling Mirage, The CEO, Fifty, Suru LerClotureure,
Potato Potahto, The Smart Money Woman, Lizard.
She is a member of the faculty at the Lufodo Academy of Performing Arts (LAPA), where she operates as a facilitator and teaches improvisation drama.
