Happy birthday Patience Ozokwor is an experienced Nigerian musician, fashion designer, gospel singer, and actress.
Patience Ozokwo was born in the village of Amaobo, Ngwo in present-day Enugu State, Nigeria, and attended Abimbola Gibson Memorial School in Lagos. Patience Ozokwor had a passion for acting since she was in elementary school where she acted in various stage plays. She later attended the Institute of Management and Technology Enugu, where Patience earned a degree in Fine and Applied Arts. Before she started acting, she was part of a radio play. She took part in a Nigerian National Television Authority (NTA) soap opera entitled "Someone Cares". She was married at the age of 19 and has three biological and five adopted children, all of whom bear her name. Ozokwor was widowed in 2000 after losing her husband.
She was an announcer and presenter at Radio Nigeria before becoming an actress. She is best known for her role in the 1999 film 'Authority' and her first television drama won an NTA soap opera entitled 'Someone Cares'. Since her rise to fame, she has acted in over 100 films.
She recently starred in the Mo Abudu Netflix films Chief Daddy (2018) and Chief Daddy 2: Going for Broke (2022) as Madam Pat.
She married early and lost her husband to a terminal illness. She has three biological children, seven adopted children and grandchildren. She is also an ordained evangelist
