She was brought up and schooled in Lagos.
She graduated from the University of Ibadan, with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Her initial course choice was Theatre arts but she was admitted to study English. Left with no choice, she decided to combine Theatre arts courses with her English courses, balancing both sides and making the best out of it.
She developed an interest in acting from her earlier days, believing that acting was in her.
She represented both her primary and secondary schools in drama, debates, and sports on several occasions. Choosing acting as her career was a rather easy decision to make as she already took part in many dramas and plays while in secondary school.
This gave her much-needed exposure. She made her first TV production for a TV series in NTA(Nigerian Television Authority) before she was admitted to the University.
She plays a lead character in the popular Dear Mother series.
She is married and the marriage is blessed with kids
