Melvin was born in Delta State where he originally comes from.
He has a twin sister named Melvina. He also has a kid sister, Tonia, and brother, Tony, who are also twins.
He attended Lagos State Model College Kankon, Badagry for his secondary education.
He obtained his first degree in Pure & Industry Chemistry at the University of Port-Harcourt. He also obtained his PG in Business Administration at the Lagos State University.
Melvin Oduah started his career as a model in 2008.
He participated in the Gulder Ultimate Search and came runner-up in 2007 which was followed up with a Mr. Nigeria Beauty Pageant where he also came out as runner-up.
