The two got married in December 2019, 5 years after they had a daughter together. 9ice’s relationship with Sukanmi went sour after they had their daughter in 2014, but they reconciled in 2019 and came back together.
9ice, born Alexander Abolore Adegbola Akande is a Nigerian musician, songwriter, and dancer. He is known for his powerful use of the Yoruba language in his music as well as his proverbial lyrics and unique style of delivery. He is the CEO of the Alapomeji Ancestral Records.
9ice was born into a polygamous home of five wives and nine children, in Ogbomosho, Oyo State in Western Nigeria. He grew up in shomolu Bariga.
