Ganiyu Nafiu started his acting career in 1977 as a stage actor, he is also a veteran actor, filmmaker, movie producer, scriptwriter, and director. He has been in the movie industry for over 45 years and has made a tremendous influence on the yoruba movie industry as a whole.
